This is your Chamber's Government Affairs Committee, working in partnership with the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce and their lobbyist firm, and their deliverables back to the membership. Businesses large and small gain insights proactively into the happenings in Hartford, and opportunities to bring critical trends back to the ofice. This is the value that has inspired DTS CEO to remain involved for a decade with this vibrant group, and call for a return of a community cable show, QSHOW, to address state legislation.
"The Chamber's close ties to their legislative delegates is a priceless value, and a connection so needed in this economy. That partnership brings together business and government, and unprecedented forum to share ideation, generate solutions and provide feedback on proposed bills," commented Mansfield. Returning to chair the committee, she added, "We launche the QShow a few years to bring more time for discussion. Senator Fasano recommended that the Committee provide more forums for dialogue and discussion. This was a win-win with the Wallingford and North Haven community cable TV stations."
