Our methods focus on problem -centered delivery and curriculum, rather than content orientation. While we offer Webinar and online training channels, the most effective use of your budgeting dollars is faciltated, instructor led training. This approach allows employees to self direct their learning while adapting and learning skills and techniques consistent with the organization's goals and direction. The instructor reinforces key concepts, explains terminology, monitors hands-on lab application and practice, and accelerates student mastery and confidence. Classes average three hours total for each set of curriculum and can be customized to support all types of learning in the classroom. Our instructors design and deliver your customized course material with your team(s) and target skill building to your goals and needs. Students work individually on lab and participate in small group discussions in application. DTS offers the flexibility to focus the training on a specific project or end goal, as an example "Build the Conversion Launch Plan in class while teaching Project 2010". The classroom methodologies support self directed - project, active and experiential learning. At every step, your company is involved in the planning, learning and reporting parts of training.
