After the client's review of the Training Assessment form, the next step targets the creation of the training outline. Identifying the prerequisities, this tool includes key measurements, description of course objective, description of each module, and channel deliveries for a Pilot Phase. The schedule and instructional design templates detail the multi-phased plan.
At the end of the planning phase, the Client moved forward with a successful two month pilot and followed by a successful roll-out to 500 employees.
