July 2015 - Database Management & Fundraising Skill Building Heats up Summer Training Demand
Back by popular demand, many non profit clients went 'back to summer school'. From healthcare to university to cause organizations, DTS traveled the region rebuilding team skills in database management, database entry, best practices in reporting & analysis and increasing skills for a predicted busier fall event season. Many clients introduced new programs, including Auction software, cloud file management systems, new modules and conversions, while others retrained on the basics in reporting, volunteer management, event management, mail merging, data entry and calculation labs.
For some, organizational downsizing created new job opportunities and merged descriptions to tackle. In others, growth and employee turnover triggered immediate needs. Many clients however, harnessed summer training to rebuild efficiency and cross training.
