With DTS, our full suite of services includes a free employee assessment of major gaps to analyze key performance and skill development areas. DTS provides a summary back to you, and reviews additional organizational training needs.
Then DTS designs and plans a short and long term training program based on your budget, technical and timing needs. We provide sample course outlines, delivery recommendations and technical skills to measure for entry level, intermediate, advanced and expert users. Once you review and prioritize training needs, we create sample curriculum and approaches to best build skills. You will be asked to provide sample documents, spreadsheets, databases, presentations and plans to include in the job aides that will be created exactly to your specification. Not every student or department is alike. So a varied 'menu' may be in place.
Once you approve the plan, the DTS Registrar and your liaison finalize logistics, including a registration process, location, timing, and location. Discovery can register students for you and customize an online web registration process for your employees. Our Registrar can track student registration and confirmations as well. The training executes, with our consultants arriving onsite to deliver superior skill building and facilitated labs that are customized exactly to your needs.
Class evaluations are distributed and reviewed, and outcomes measured. If re-training is needed, additional clases are scheduled. Together we monitor results and future areas to improve.
