Training Firm Changes Hands

WALLINGFORD - Anita Russo has sold Discovery Training Services, the company she founded in 1993, to Christine Mansfield for an undisclosed sum. The company provides computer training to businesses. DTS is also certified by the state's Department of Information Technology to provide training to state agencies, departments and municipalities.
